Tyler Crowe is a recruiter on the Early Talent team at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he has been making an impact for over 3 years. He leads internship recruitment and programming across multiple departments, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Creative & Content, Documentary Production, MBA, Legal, and other corporate functions —while supporting many of WBD’s iconic brands such as HBO & Max, CNN, Food Network, Warner Bros. Pictures, Warner Bros. Games, and more.
In addition to his core recruiting work, Tyler also leads the team’s HBCU strategy. He developed and runs Make Your Mark, a quarterly virtual and in-person series that provides students from leading Historically Black Colleges and Universities with critical recruitment resources and professional development opportunities. He also serves as the primary liaison for several of WBD’s diversity partner organizations, including the Emma Bowen Foundation (EBF) and the Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program (EICOP).
Tyler also plans and leads the annual WBD MBA Trek, an event he has managed for the past four years. This full-day, on-site event offers first-year MBA students valuable insights into jumpstarting their careers at Warner Bros. Discovery, featuring sessions with recruiters, alumni, and hiring managers.
Tyler earned a B.A. in Psychology and Business Management from Skidmore College.
Lieto is a recruiter for STARZ. STARZ is home to original shows like Power, Raising Kanan, P-Valley, and more. Lieto started her recruiting career at staffing firms, working with various clients and recruiting for positions across tech, HR, creative, marketing, and fashion. Driven by a desire to move in- house, she secured a contract recruiter role at Lionsgate before transitioning into a full-time position at STARZ. She has now been at STARZ for 3 years recruiting for roles ranging from assistant level to VP level and managing the internship program. Outside of recruiting, Lieto enjoys playing soccer, boxing, volunteering, and annoying her friends by frequently responding with, “I’ve already seen that movie/show.”
Joe Aiken is an Executive and Partner within the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Search department, where he leads executive recruitment and strategic advisory efforts across the sports, media, music, and entertainment industries. He specializes in helping teams, leagues, and companies build businesses from the ground up, advising on leadership structuring, talent strategy, and organizational growth. Joe also brings expertise in private equity portfolio value creation, working closely with investors to build and scale leadership teams that drive enterprise value. Additionally, he serves as Co-Head of the group’s Global Music Practice, representing major labels, independent labels, DSPs, and investor-backed music technology companies.
Joe began his executive search and human capital advisory career at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a member of the firm’s global CEO & Board Services and Social Impact Practices. There, he placed C-level executives and board members across bulge bracket banks, mega funds, associations, and Fortune 100 companies, and played a key role in building the firm’s DEI Services Practice.
Joe earned his B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science with an interdisciplinary concentration in Writing & Rhetoric from Colgate University, where he was a member of the Konosioni Senior Honor Society. He is a voting member of the Recording Academy and a 2022 SBJ New Voices Under 30 honoree.
